A Review On Vince Del Monte’s No-Nonsense Muscle Building Fitness Program

Wondering if Vince Del Monte’s No-Nonsense Muscle Building really works? Are the reviews, feedback, and testimonials worth believing?

WARNING: Don’t believe the raving testimonials on the No-Nonsense Muscle Building website. After all, who really knows if that stuff was made up just to make the sale? While there are laws in place to prevent that, it’s impossible to really trust someone you’ve never met.

With the too good to be true claims, it is normal to have doubts. But to come to a valid conclusion, you need to know the facts. Read on and find out whether this muscle building program is a scam or not.

Notice how products such as No Nonsense Muscle Building fill their web page with numerous testimonials, positive reviews, and encouraging feedback. Not only do they sound too good to be true, the sales pitch is very evident. They present details that are contradictory to the tried and tested methods recommended by professionals and experts. This appears to be their means of presenting what the brand or product can do as better than what most people know or usually do.

Such technique lures consumers into a “secret” or a “less-known” method of muscle building. And since secrets undeniably capture the attention and interests of people, you will be convinced to know the secret by trying and purchasing the product.

If this information is not enough to make you think twice about trying such products, read my story and see for yourself.

My name is Greg and let me tell you a little about myself and my roommate Charlie – we are no health buffs but lately we are beginning to think that we should be.

You see I grew up a healthy child (okay, I admit I may be a couple of pounds over), and I never considered going to the gym for a couple of reasons: First, do you have an idea how much gym membership costs? And even if I go as a non-member, I cannot really fit it in my daily budget. And second, I’m just too lazy to make the extra effort of going when I can spend the time at home.

Now take the case of Charlie. He is the laziest person I know. The pure couch potato if you ever find one. At least I always had the feeling that I should be doing something to lose some weight and getting myself ripped but Charlie? Not a single effort. And the worst part? Man, he is loaded. I mean he can sign up a whole village for lifetime gym membership and he wouldn’t even feel that he spent some money. Maybe you’re beginning to think that if he is my roommate and he is loaded and I want to go to the gym then I should just borrow the money from him. I know I can but I just won’t. I’m reserving that option for something more important.

For the longest time we have always been comfortable with our way of life but something happened along the way that made us rethink everything.

Last summer, Charlie felt like going to the beach to relax and he also paid for my expenses (well he should be, it was his idea in the first place). We were totally excited but we never expected to have all our confidence and self-worth be washed away by the waves.

Every single person at the beach was totally fit. It’s like we were the only ones in the planet who have never set foot in a gym and the result? We never took off our shirts the whole time we were there. And you think that is bad? Just imagine not packing enough shirts because you were expecting not to wear one anyway and ending up using all your clean shirts halfway through the whole vacation. And more, nothing is worse than going swimming with your shirt on. Nothing shouts “I am fat” more like a shirt sticking to your body after you go out of the water. It was really embarrassing.

Now that experience took a lot out of my remaining self-esteem but somehow it did not bother Charlie that much. What made him rethink his lifestyle was an encounter happened a few weeks after we got back. He somehow fell in love with the new girl in our building but when he asked around what kind of guy she likes Charlie felt crushed when he learned that the girl liked guys with zero fat and a well defined body. I wasn’t surprised – she looked like she worked to stay in shape and it should be expected that she wanted a guy that fit her lifestyle.

That did it for Charlie. He vowed to be the guy that girl wants. But the big question was how he can achieve such feat when he is too lazy to go to gym. Luckily (and I really mean luckily because I will end up benefiting too), Charlie learned about this program through the internet and bought it outright.

And what does this muscle building training system do?

Some of the muscle-building myths we once believe are debunked and are replaced by new body-building secrets introduced by Vince Del Monte. His goal is to make each individual train smarter and get better results fast. The training system also shares some insider secrets on supplements; a feature I like as I get to identify those brands to avoid and the right supplements to take.

After going through the entire product, I have to say that the course is extremely comprehensive. It does not only teach physical activities to help build muscles but also bring in proper dietary and food intake that would keep the body burning fat and building hard muscles. There are also special instructions and training techniques to get the preferred body shape correctly and quickly. The instructional and easy-to-follow ways on how to optimize muscle growth helps me maximize my work out and see results in little time.

So, does Vince Del Monte’s No-Nonsense Muscle Building Program work?

At first I was reluctant of giving the program a try since I was thinking that it may just be another rip-off program. But I now stand to you corrected as I myself have proven the program to be effective and true. Vince Del Monte, being the creator of No Nonsense Muscle Building is a living proof to this program. From his 149-pound weight, he was able to build muscle mass and weigh at 210 pounds.

Mr. Del Monte personally shares his 29-week weight training routines which he himself has benefited from. It is comforting to know that the trainer for this program is very hands-on in involving himself and sharing his personal muscle-building secrets to other people. His revelations are not just factual; they have been tried and tested by Mr. Vince Del Monte himself.

Based on the results I have now observed in my body, and the hard muscles that continue to grow on my arms and chest, I am extremely satisfied with the training system introduced by the No-Nonsense Muscle Building program. I may not have achieved the goal I intend to reach but with the progress I am seeing right now, I myself can attest that Vince Del Monte’s muscle building training system does work pretty well. It’s no magic bullet, as there is some work, effort and discipline involved, but I guess I shouldn’t be totally surprised there :)

I’m still working at it, so feel free to my body’s not perfect (yet). If you’re going to try the program too feel free to leave a comment or something. After all, I created this site so that us “no nonsense” followers can help and inspire each other when needed.

I didn’t just make this website to show off what I’ve done to my body. Yeah, I wanted to brag a little (just kidding) but mostly I wanted to share my experiences with those who need the encouragement. If you’re in the same boat as me and are a user of this program, there’s a lot we could talk about!

Please feel free to leave your comments, questions, etc about the program and we’ll discuss getting buff!

Leave your reviews below so others know what to expect too.

Another follower of the No-Nonsense Muscle Building program (Kyle) emailed me shortly after I put this site up. He said that she also had some pretty good success with the program and even found a way to get it for cheaper than was originally stated on the author’s official website.

Whether you’re interested in it or not, and whether you want to or not, exercise should be a part of your daily life. There’s no question about it. I live in America and I can clearly see there’s an increasing problem with obesity. For the most part, the American public is just plain fat. It’s as clear as glass. Sure it may anger some people to hear it out loud, but that’s only because it’s the truth. If you were happy with your body shape, you could care less. Now, this is where diet, muscle and fitness come into play. Does your current exercise routine and diet plan do enough for your health and body? Hopefully, you do have a routine and plan, right? For the sake of your health, these things are only necessary.

You know what really makes me mad? When people say they’re going to start eating healthy, or working out, or losing weight. However, they’re not actually going to start trying until next month, summertime, or New Years. It makes absolutely no sense at all. As they say, there is no time like the present, and why put off until tomorrow what you can get done today? Get the picture? You need to start now!

That muscle and fitness routine you’re thinking about planning should already be set up and good to go. All you need is the proper equipment and motivation. Can you honestly say that you don’t have these available? I’m sure you can get both at the local gym or fitness center. Or, you could simply learn the muscle and fitness exercises on your own and purchase your very own machines and equipment. I myself prefer this route, but go with what you’re comfortable doing. If you prefer your own equipment, you can order what you need online or at a sporting goods store like Sports Authority. As for the knowledge and instructions, the internet is the best place to look for that. There are articles, picture diagrams and videos galore. You can also look in the library if you’re old school like that.

Be honest with yourself here – what is your goal? What are you really after? Are you trying to lose weight to look better? Trying to build muscles to get attention. Whatever the case may be, a quality muscle and fitness routine will get the job done. The time to get started is now!

It’s come to my attention that people will do anything for money. Yeah, there are some greedy bastards out there.

A friend of mine got some email in his inbox that led to a scam website the other day. Someone was kind of pretending to be Vince Del Monte and trying to make money off of Vince’s name. What they did was set up some ugly website and stole all the text off of the No Nonsense Muscle Building website. They put up the same kinds of order buttons that Vince uses, but instead of being led to the secure payment processor that Vince uses, the  button leads unsuspecting potential customers to a page that asks the user to send a cashier check or money order to a location in Nigeria. Obviously, this is NOT Vince’s doing.

Just be careful for scams like this. Don’t click on suspicious looking links in your email program because it might be some bull like what I just described. accounts and stuff.

Revealing Undercover Techniques To Use For Effective Body Building

When you go to the gym, what kind of body building goal are you pursuing? Are you aiming for general strength and conditioning, or maybe you’re trying to enhance your body and grow in mass? If you have the same types of goals as I do, you want to be muscular and flaunt a hard, muscle body that gets attention. If what you’re trying to do is make your workouts more effective and see improvement in your gains, then these body building tips here are for you.

What you want to do first is set goals for yourself and be ready to meet them. Developing muscle that can stop traffic doesn’t happen over night, as a matter of fact, you’ll most likely find yourself putting in weeks and months of work to get to where you want to be. What that means is that you must have a plan and stay with it. Allowing yourself to be distracted or switching up your program just because you can’t see growth happening the way you expected can cost you. Do you really want to make it big with bodybuilding? Let me break it down to you right now; it can’t happen unless you can visualize your goal and motivate yourself to work for it.

Second, focus your attention on on the a few of the main body building workout routines for impressive muscle building. They are:  the bench press, squats, and the dead lift. These timeless muscle-building activities are the quickest, most effective and user friendly exercises to building power, increasing strength, and giving you the kind of muscles you want. Trendy, they are not. Hip and new, they are not -  but these are the exercises you absolutely must include in your routine. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. These are core exercises you can’t do without.

What you also want to do is completely wear each muscle you target out. What I mean is that you should do it so that each of your exercises pushes you so hard that by your third set you simply cannot find the strength to do another rep. For instance, maybe you start a 3 set exercise with a weight that you know can only lead to failure by fatigue by the time the third set rolls around. Which means you may well plan to do 20 reps for each set, and you get through the first two okay, but because of fatigue, by the time you get to your third set you can only find the strength to do 14 reps. This is an exampled of a set that was perfectly designed to push you to muscle failure fatigue.

Whatever you do, don’t neglect your diet. You want to make sure you consume enough food for muscle growth. It will probably be hard to build muscle quickly if you’re losing weight or cutting down on calories at the same time. Perhaps your intention is to lose weight while growing muscle. In this case, ensure that your food intake doesn’t decrease to the point that your body doesn’t have enough strength or nutrients to develop more muscles. No two bodies are alike, so ask your doctor of dietician for specifics if you need them. One of the most important aspects is to keep your protein intake up.

Lastly, you want to be sure to get plenty of rest. There’s no need to train hard and work out every moment of your life. Don’t make the mistake of  underestimating how much rest your body needs in order to recover and repair. Many people are surprised to learn that a serious lack of recovery time will actually hinder muscle growth. Train hard when it’s time, but let your body rest after, since this is when muscles actually get bigger..

So there you have it! The secrets to effective body building: set goals and burn them into your mind, put most of your energy into doing the 3 core exercises, workout to the point of muscle fatigue, and allow your muscles time to recover. Put together, these protected strategies will help you make the most out of your workouts.

Vince is the author of the popular muscle building guide called No Nonsense Muscle Building. It seems Vince Del Monte is both an author and a trainer. He has an Honours Kinesiology degree from the University of Western Ontario and he regularly writes articles for some pretty well known magazines, including but not limited to Men’s Fitness and Maximum Fitness Magazine.

Vince didn’t always know what he was doing. In fact, he used to refer to himself as a “skinny Vinny” and you can check out how he used to look and how he has progressed here.

Vince knows what it’s like to be the skinny guy. Yeah, he was once in our shoes. The man is no god – he’s just a guy who’s figured out what actually works when it comes to building muscle. Pretty smart dude if you ask me…
